Privacy Policy — Tixolve Support

Tixolve Support processes the minimum shop, customer and order data required to provide customer support for your store: names, email addresses, phone numbers, addresses and order history used to identify shoppers and resolve tickets. Payment card data is not processed.

Data is used only for customer support, is never sold, and is retained only while needed for the merchant relationship and legal obligations. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest by the Tixolve backend.

Contact privacy@tixolve.com for access, correction or deletion requests. Shopify-mandated GDPR webhooks are honored automatically, and shop data is disconnected on uninstall and redacted on shop/redact.
